Carrie Consolvo is a native Houstonian with extensive knowledge of all areas of Houston from inner loop to the suburbs. Selling homes in a wide variety of areas and price points has given Carrie the ability to anticipate client needs and streamline the home buying and selling process. After graduating from college, Carrie spent 14 years in the technology staffing industry. Early in her career, she worked as a recruiter which laid the foundation for many years of success in providing high level, personal service to her clients. Carrie's clients often comment that they feel like they have known her forever because she truly takes an interest in getting to know her clients and how she can help them achieve their goals. In 2006, Carrie decided to pursue her passion for real estate and obtained her license, jumping in without looking back. As expected, it was not a difficult transition; the same skills and expertise applied, provide high level of service, always keep your client's best interest as the top priority and work hard. Integral to her success is the ability to understand the needs of her clients and find creative solutions. I received my real estate license October 2016. I am a Fightin' Texas Aggie class of 2016. During my time at Texas A&M, I fulfilled my dream of becoming an All-American softball player for the Aggies. I grew up in Montgomery where I was a proud Montgomery Bear. Coming from an athletic background, I use the work ethic and determination that sports instilled in me to provide my clients with the best possible home-buying/selling experience. In my free time, I enjoy watching my husband coach his Magnolia Bulldogs in baseball & football, cooking, traveling, and loving on my miniature dachshund & chocolate lab. I grew up listening to people like Dave Ramsey on building wealth through real estate, Zig Ziglar on serving people, and as I got older, the Bible, on loving people well. I believe home ownership is part of the American dream and I think we all want a little piece of Texas we can call our own. That's why I got into real estate. I'm a Native Houstonian who is passionate about family, traveling, food, wine, living a good life and finding the silver lining in every situation. My husband, a Captain for the Houston Fire Department, and I graduated from Humble High School and have lived in the Humble area for over 30 years. We have two elementary- aged sons who keep us on our toes.

I have a B.S. in Horticulture from Texas A&M, an M.Ed. in Education Administration from Lamar, and spent 10 years as an educator in Humble ISD. I decided to become a Realtor in 2016 in order to have more flexibility in my schedule for my family.

I am an active member of the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce, The Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals, and The Leadership Lake Houston Alumni Group. I enjoy volunteering my time at events and serving on committees within these organizations. When I'm not selling real estate or volunteering, you will more than likely find me gardening, reading, or completing DIY projects around my house.

While I negotiate and market homes, I am predominantly in the business of helping people through transitions in their lives: getting married, having babies, empty nesting, relocating, or just needing a change. For someone to invite me into that process is an honor and I am aware that it requires trust in me and my skill set. It is a duty that I take very seriously and find quite satisfying.
